Delete your account

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

If you use the MeowKuda AI app or the mobile site, you can delete your account yourself:

1. Open the app (or the mobile site) and sign in with the account you paid with.
2. Open Settings (the ☰ menu on the card screen).
3. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete.

Your account record and this device's push token are removed, you are signed out, and every session for the account is invalidated immediately. This cannot be undone.

Delete by request

If you cannot sign in, or you would rather not do it in the app, email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will action the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your subscriber record — name, email, role, subscription status and login username.
• The push (device) tokens registered to your account, so you stop receiving alerts.
• Your saved in-app preferences and chat display name.
• Your sessions — signed out on every device.

What is kept, and for how long

We keep a minimal security log (sign-in attempts and the fact that an account was deleted — never a password) for as long as needed for fraud and security purposes. Aggregate, non-identifying racing statistics contain no personal data. Payment records held by our payment processor are governed by their own retention policy and applicable law.
