1. Who we are and what this covers

MeowKuda AI (“MeowKuda AI”, “the service”, “we”, “us”) is a statistical analysis product for Hong Kong horse racing (Sha Tin and Happy Valley). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website, the mobile app, and every prediction, card, alert and message the service publishes. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The operator of the service is: MeowKuda AI. Contact details are in section 12.

2. What the service is — and what it is not

MeowKuda AI is a statistical model. For each meeting it reads the published racecard, computes features for every runner, ranks the field with a trained model, and converts that ranking into win probabilities and value estimates. The output is a rank order, a model win probability, a fair price implied by it, and the gap between that probability and the live market.

The service is for entertainment and analysis only. It is not gambling advice and it is not financial advice. We do not know your circumstances, we do not tell you what to stake, and we do not operate any betting or wagering service. Any decision to bet is yours alone, made on your own judgement and at your own risk.

No outcome is guaranteed. The model's probabilities are estimates, not promises. Even a well-calibrated model loses regularly, and our own published record shows the market favourite frequently beating our top pick. A positive “edge” is a prompt to look closer, not a signal to bet, and past performance never predicts future results.

3. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and you are legally permitted to do so where you live. You are responsible for knowing and obeying the laws that apply to you, including any law on betting, gambling, or the receipt of racing information. If using the service would break a law where you are, do not use it.

4. Accounts and access

Access to the full meeting tips requires an account. Accounts may be created by the operator, or linked through Google sign-in, or provisioned through our payment processor after a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Access is granted, not sold as a property right. We may suspend, restrict or terminate any account at any time — for example for non-payment, for breach of these Terms, for misuse, or to protect the service or other users. Race 1 of each meeting is published free; the rest of the card is for entitled accounts.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Whop). When you subscribe you are entering a separate agreement with that processor for the payment itself, and its terms also apply. We do not store your card details.

• Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose, using the payment method you provided, unless you cancel before the next renewal.
• Cancellation. You can cancel through the payment processor. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled per the payment processor's policy. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact the processor first, then us.
• Price and plan changes. Plan prices and contents may change. We will make the current prices visible before you subscribe or renew.

Before any checkout is launched, you must positively accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy by ticking the acceptance box. We record that acceptance (the time and the version you accepted) against your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, republish or redistribute predictions, cards or alerts without our written permission;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract the service or its data, or use automated tools to bypass access controls;
• attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the service;
• use the service in any unlawful way, or to break any law on betting or gambling;
• misrepresent the service's output, or present it as a guarantee or as our advice to bet.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its models, its software, its design, its branding (“MeowKuda AI”), and the predictions and cards it generates are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own non-commercial use while your access is active. No other rights are granted.

8. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, add to, or remove features at any time, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service — including any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — even if we were advised such loss was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may cancel your subscription through the payment processor. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in section 4. On termination, the rights granted to you in these Terms end, while sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish a new version with a new version number and effective date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will ask you to accept the new version before you next subscribe, and we record the version you accepted against your account.

12. Governing law and contact
